The Emergency First Response (EFR) is not a diving course, but it will teach you everything you need to face an emergency in the day to day life. After this training, you will be prepared to properly identify an emergency and respond in the most appropriate way, without getting overwhelmed by the stress of the situation.
Whether it is a burn, a scratch, a broken bone, or a more serious injury, it is essential to know what steps to take.
Besides, it is a mandatory step if you want to go further in your dive training and enroll in the PADI Rescue course and the PADI Divemaster course.
