Nitrox Diver course
Enriched Air Nitrox, or EANx is a must-have certification in your diving journey.
During a dive, our bottom time or no-decompression limit (remember that from your Open Water course?) depends mainly on the amount of nitrogen that accumulates in our body. Nitrox is a gas mix that contains less nitrogen and more oxygen than standard air, and less nitrogen means more bottom time. More bottom time is more time to enjoy our dive!
In this course, you will learn:
- Different Nitrox mixes.
- Oxygen toxicity.
- Maximum operating depth for your mix.
- How to use an oxygen analyser.
- How to plan your dive and set your computer according to the gas you are breathing.
And much more!
If you want to enjoy more bottom time and/or want to learn more about the diving theory, the EANx course is perfect for you.
No wonder why Nitrox is the most popular PADI® specialty diver course.
