We will provide our services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit this website or use its services you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.

Content published on this website (digital downloads, images, texts, graphics, logos) is the property of Vibrations Dive Center (except for the pictures with mentioned authors) and its content creators and protected by international copyright laws. The entire compilation of the content found on this website is the exclusive property of Vibrations Dive Center, with copyright authorship for this compilation by us.

Communications

The entire communication with us is electronic. Every time you send us an email or visit our website, you are going to be communicating with us. You hereby consent to receive communications from us. If you subscribe to the news on our website, you are going to receive regular emails from us. We will continue to communicate with you by posting news and notices on our website and by sending you emails. You also agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements and other communications we provide to you electronically meet the legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

Applicable Law

Disputes

Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to services you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or national court of the Philippines and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Cancellation and refund policy

Diving is an activity subject to climate conditions, therefore we reserve the right to modify any service booked with Vibrations Dive Center without any prior notice.

Training

Each diving certification requires the student to demonstrate a certain level of comfort and skills. The instructor only can take the decision to grant certification or not to a student and his/her decision in non-negociable.

No refund will be granted in case of no certification due to a student fail or lack of sufficient skills or comfort.

No refund will be granted in case of cancellation or abandonment during training from the student part.

Every training started means acceptation of its full payment by the Client.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation more than seven (7) days before the booked activity, Vibrations Dive Center will reimburse 100% of the booking fees.

In case of cancellation more than one (1) day but less than seven (7) days prior to the booked activity, Vibrations Dive Center will reimburse 50% of the booking fees.

In case of cancellation less than twenty-four (24) hours before the booked activity, the Client will be charged for the totality of the service booked with Vibrations Dive Center.

All bank fees are of charge of the Client.

License and Site Access

We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. You are not allowed to download or modify it. This may be done only with written consent from us.
